1. Agreement to Terms

Bespoke Vehicle Maintenance operates from Unit 3a, Southwall Industrial Estate, Southwall Road, Deal, Kent CT14 9QB, United Kingdom.

2. Services Provided

Bespoke Vehicle Maintenance provides:

  • Car servicing and maintenance
  • Vehicle diagnostics
  • Electrical diagnostics
  • Cambelt replacement
  • Electric vehicle servicing
  • General mechanical repairs

We service cars and small vans up to approximately 20 years old, including electric vehicles. We do not service classic cars, motorcycles, large vans, or lorries.

You may use our website for:

  • Finding our location and opening hours

Warranty and Service Standards

  • Work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill
  • Services will be as described and completed within reasonable time
  • Parts supplied are covered by manufacturer warranty only
  • We will remedy defects in workmanship within reasonable time at no charge
  • Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accident damage, or work by third parties
  • Our liability for defective work is limited to re-performing the service

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers
  • Vehicles may not be released until payment is made in full
  • Additional charges for returned payments apply

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
  • We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions
  • We are not liable for delays due to parts availability or circumstances beyond our control

Important: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
